All orders will be made by sharing the product link via contact form , email or message WhatsApp.

After the order is placed and the weight and rate are calculated by the Post Suisse carrier, a pre-payment note will be sent to make the payment.

Payment by bank transfer (up to 3 days), Pay Pal or Twint.

Delivery time in Switzerland and after payment confirmation will be up to 15 days, except for delays by the carrier or national or cantonal holidays. All the rest of the world will be subject to the rate and calculation of the product's weight and size by the Post Suisse carrier and Customs.

All products can be returned within 15 days (costs paid by the buyer for return or exchange) with the material and labels.

All orders will be sent by post and not collected at a physical store.
